With all these rainy nyc days I recently had time to watch David Lynch’s 1990 Wild at Heart. I’m still a little confused about what exactly happened but I still loved a ton of aspects of the film. First off Laura Derm is gorgeous in it and I would kill to have my hair kink like that. Not only does she have great hair, her body is insane. The soundtrack was a pretty rad mix of jazz and rock and roll too. The film is extremely sexual and has a bit of “old school ultra violence,” but If you can stand Nicholas Cage’s terrible accent and ugly jacket throughout the film it might make you want to take a road trip through the south.
