After eyeing this place up a year ago, I finally got to eat at American Pie in Ludlow, Vermont. They (the entire family, children included) serve delicious pizza out of a VW bus as you sit in old ski lift chairs while you dine. Biggest bonus was getting to see Erin two weekends in a row!
