I’ve decided that Thanksgiving week is one of the best times to travel. No work, less tourists, and I am able to avoid crappy weather. This year myself and two friends decided to check out the surf, sunshine, rum, and coconuts in Nicaragua for the week of Thanksgiving. Granted we all missed our families, we definitely didnt miss the northeast weather and had a blast in the process. We spent a week surfing, hiking to waterfalls, checking out volcanoes and islands, and drinking plenty of rum and mojitos. I miss the morning death metal howler monkeys and sunshine and can’t wait to return in the future. Here’s a few photos of the week spent there.
